Support at Every Step

Pastoral care is not an optional extra at QTS; it is woven into every lesson, every conversation, and every course description. We are here to help you thrive.

Our Philosophy

"Whether you are returning to learning or taking your first step, you will receive a warm welcome at QTS."

We take time to understand your goals and the support you need. Through patient teaching, practical learning, and personal encouragement, we help you develop skills, recognise your strengths, and grow in confidence.

Many of our adult learners come to us after years away from a classroom, feeling apprehensive about exams, or balancing demanding family or caregiving duties. Our teachers are chosen not only for their subject expertise but for their empathy, warmth, and dedication to learner wellbeing.
