Our Mission & Purpose

Building stronger communities by pairing high educational standards with genuine, compassionate pastoral care for every learner.

Who We Are

Enabling & Empowering Communities to Grow Stronger

Qualified Training Solutions (QTS) was founded on a simple yet profound conviction: that education is most transformative when academic excellence is matched by heartfelt personal care.

Too often, adult learners who have been away from education or face health, language, or confidence barriers find traditional institutions impersonal or intimidating. At QTS, we reject a one-size-fits-all approach. We take time to understand each individual learner, recognize their existing strengths, and walk beside them as they build independence and new skills.

Our ethos is non-stigmatising, strengths-based, and focused on opportunity. Whether a learner is mastering English for daily community life, obtaining a CSCS card for construction site work, or undertaking advanced Level 4 and 5 higher diplomas in business and cyber security, they are treated with absolute respect and patience.

Our Core Purpose

To support people to develop skills, confidence and independence, while enabling and empowering communities to grow stronger.

Our Strapline

Accredited Training — practical teaching, recognized qualifications, and community support.

Our Pastoral Promise

Support at Every Step: Patient teaching, 1-on-1 mentoring, and active barrier removal integrated into every course.

Civic Leadership & Community Cohesion

Rooted in Local Leadership & Fairness

We believe training providers must be active, accountable participants in the civic life of the areas they serve. Our leadership is directly involved in shaping fairness, community cohesion, and shared prosperity.

Local Community Cohesion Board

QTS is represented on the Local Community Cohesion Board, contributing grassroots intelligence, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and supporting peaceful, interconnected neighbourhoods.

Luton Fairness Taskforce & Luton 2040

Our Head of Quality and Operations serves as an enabler for the Luton Fairness Taskforce, actively contributing to the town-wide Luton 2040 agenda to eliminate poverty and secure equal opportunity for all residents.

* Note: Our participation reflects our institutional commitment to community fairness. It is stated accurately and independently without implying formal council endorsement or council logo usage.

"Every Learner Deserves Time, Care and High Expectations."
